Open seven days a week, our kitchen serves up delicious food throughout the week while the bar keeps the pints, cocktails, wines and alcohol-free favourites flowing from midday until late.

There’s rarely a quiet week at The Regent.
At the front of the pub, you’ll find our relaxed bar and dining area, with large tables and comfortable seating perfect for everything from a quick drink to dinner with friends and family.
Head through to Behind the Arch and things get a little livelier. This is where you’ll find our big screens showing all the biggest sporting action throughout the year. From Premier League football and international rugby to Wimbledon, the Six Nations and more, we’re one of the places to be when you’re looking for a pub showing live sport in Balham.

Sport isn’t the only entertainment on the agenda. We regularly host live music on Friday and Saturday nights, bringing brilliant musicians and feel-good tunes to Balham. Our kitchen is open every day, serving freshly cooked, elevated comfort food for lunch and dinner. Expect pub classics with a twist, dishes perfect for sharing and indulgent puddings – because saying no to a sticky toffee pudding is easier said than done.
